Registering with Divine Fashion

Your address book located in the 'my account' page, is your personal storage space. We do not use the names of the people in your address book to send email promotions.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

If you are not satisfied with you’re a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund, credit or exchange as specify below.
Returns and Exchanges
- Any suit, dress, hat or bag can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 20 days from the day you received it. (All accessory sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.)
- A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. If you need a printable return and exchange form, Click here.
- Please fill out the return and exchange form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning in its original condition with tags.
- Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, credit or make an exchange for another size, color or item.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
- Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

All clearance items are final. We will accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
